The placing and fixing of any 4 Gifts and Flowers products is the customers responsibility. 4 Gifts and Flowers accepts no responsibility for any damage created to personal property through the use, placement or fixing of the property. No products sold are toys and must not be handled and played by children as some items can be a choking hazard. Handmade items are for decorative and display use only. They can break if not used for their intended purpose and if they fall from being incorrectly attached to walls.
We collect name and payment details, contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode and any other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and in particular for being able to process you order and obtain payment, internal record keeping and to improve our products and services. We may, periodically, send promotional emails using the email address which you have provided. We are committed to ensuring your information is secure.
4 Gifts and Flowers will aim to deliver by Royal Mail first class and deliveries can be expected within 3-5 working days. Depending on the size of the item, we may have to use an alternative courier or second class with Royal Mail. We will not be responsible for any loss of money for postage due to being supplied with an incorrect delivery address. Certain items are listed as free shipping which only applies if it is the only item being ordered, will be sent second class and you will expect to receive it within 3-5 working days. We do not currently post internationally.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, delivery times may take a little longer to arrive. I will be doing my best to keep to my current 3-5 working days turnaround for non-personalised items, but please bear with me as I am reliant on Royal Mail and other courier services I may instruct.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and confirm to you, via email, that it is on back order. In these circumstances, you will always be given the option of cancelling the order if you would rather not wait. Some items placed on back order may no longer be available and we will contact you to advise if this is the case.
4 Gifts and Flowers reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Delivery charges on certain items may also increase due to increases by either Royal Mail or the Courier service.
